| CMS (Call Management Services) |
There are several CMS that are being launched to benefit the customer and aide his convenience and usage. These are being launched to augment the user experience and act as a force multiplier to his communication aid ( handset).
Following are the CMS being currently launched along with detailed procedure for usage (it is important to note here that additional feature to augment his experience will be launched from time to time)
Call Forwarding
In this the charging will be done as follows ….

Tariff from Home Service Area (of customer) to the forwarded communication device according to distance, place or Network.

For eg. If the customer has forwarded all calls to his GSM phone from his Multi Links phone while in the GSMs Service area, he will pay N 20 + VAT for all calls that he receives diverted from his Multi Links Phone

Similarly, if he is traveling outside the country he pays the International Roaming Rates (as per the country of travel) + the cost of reaching his network from his Multi Links Home Service Area (N 20+ VAT if on GSM) for all calls that he receives diverted from his Multi Links Phone |

This feature enables a customer to forward his phonecalls to another phone number if his Multi Links number is

Procedures
| To Activate Call forwarding to any other number |
1.Dial *63(Number to be forwarded to) and press the call or send button on your keypad
2.The customer will receive a prompt when the process of activation is successful
3.Enjoy the service |
| To Activate Call forwarding to Voice Mail Box |
1.Dial *637750177 (for Lagos) and Dial *637500177 (for Ibadan) and press the call or send button on your keypad
2.The customer will receive a prompt when the process of activation is successful
3.Enjoy the service |
| To Deactivate |
1.Dial (Hash) 63 and press the call or the send button on the key pad
2.Await prompt of succesful request |
call Transfer
In this the charging will be done as follows …. - The subscriber will be charged according to pulses he consumes while calling new number
- Subsequent charging will be done to second party
- For eg A calls B and B transfers the call to C. A is charged according to pulses he consumes while on line. B is charged for pulses he consumes when calling C.
A customer can use this facility to transfer his calls to another party during or after his conversation.
Procedure
While on an existing call and desiring to transfer this call to a third party, the subscriber must
- Long press the green / send/ call button on his handset key pad
- Listen to a long beep that will come in response
- Key in the number of the third party to whom he wishes to transfer the call to and press the call/send key
- Get connected to the third party
- Disconnect his call
Now the call would have been successfully transferred

3 way Call Conferencing
In this the charging will be done as follows …
- he initiating subscriber for the conference would be charged according to pulses he consumes with respective Conferenced numbers
A customer can use this facility to talk to 2 more people at the same time enabling
3 way conference system. One or both of the people whom he is talking to can take on more people on to the line and create a virtual meeting room.
Procedure
While on an existing call and desiring to add on more people on to this call, the subscriber must - Long press the green / send/ call button on his handset key pad
- Listen to a long beep that will come in response
- Key in the number of the third party to whom he wishes to add on to the conversation and press the call/send key
- Get connected to the third party
- Repress green / send/ call button on his handset key pad
- Now all 3 people are in conference

Call Waiting
This feature is available to all customers by default and cannot be deactivated. However an individual call may be made without this feature by prefixing *43 to the number one wishes to dial.
Please note that this is a temporal feature and will be automatically withdrawn once your current conversation is over
